Here is the pizza before I cooked it.
So school is on vacation for the week and today is a lazy day. I was of course looking for something yummy to cook using some of our many leftovers. The other night Andy, my husband, smoked a brisket and we had some left, it got me thinking...I hand rolled some pizza dough and sliced up the brisket and some Vidalia onion, slathered some creamy Alfredo sauce and started to put it all together. I found some frozen broccoli and sprinkled some fresh shredded cheese on top and viola!! Here is what I ended up with
