Here it is, right before it gets popped into the oven to finish cooking. She is a beauty.
Now, if you know me at all you know that i dislike this meal. So after years of not enjoying it i decided to change it up.
Here are my adjustments..
So i make indulgent, mashed potatoes using butter, sour cream, light cream and some cheddar cheese. YUM! Then i add beef gravy to the hamburger at the bottom of the caserole and mix one can of cream corn and one can of regular corn. Layer it up , dab some extra butter in those potatoes and bake it for about a half an hour at 350°.
